History of the château

Château de l’Aviette is an authentic château. Built in the late 18th century e century, it has been renovated to offer a modern, country-style stay in the heart of the Ardennes.

With the purchase of the estate, Daphné aims to welcome all nature and outdoor enthusiasts. The whole family invites you to come and recharge your batteries on their private estate and its six hectares of greenery stretching to the banks of the Meuse.

With its excellent location, this unique site is the ideal place to discover the wonders of the Ardennes: leisure activities, outdoor activities and places to visit. Located at the tip of the Grand Est region, it’s the perfect place to take in all the region’s and Belgium’s must-sees.

Château de l’Aviette has 8 rooms for nature lovers wishing to stay with us:

  • 4 rooms Exclusive
  • 2 rooms Deluxe
  • 2 Standard rooms

All have en-suite bathrooms and all the services you need for your comfort.

You can move in from 4:00 pm and must vacate the room by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

A tasty continental breakfast awaits you in the morning, served between 8:00 and 9:30 am.

  • Gîte

Modern comfort in the heart of our private estate, to enjoy an idyllic and relaxing setting in the heart of the Ardennes.

Our gîte is divided into 3 parts, each with a private kitchen. Rent one of our accommodations separately, or book the whole property if you’re coming as a group. The gîte can accommodate up to 16 people. Come along with your family or friends.

  • Table d’hôtes

We’re delighted to welcome you to our table, and invite you to discover our seasonal cuisine using fresh, regional produce prepared with love.

Our table d’hôte is only open to guests staying at the Château, and we do not cater for overnight stays.
